I work with visionary entrepreneurs, leaders, pioneers, and creators who sense that something deeper is calling them forward — not louder effort nor strain, not more strategy, but a more truthful way of leading, building and living.Many high-capacity individuals reach a point where insight is no longer enough. They understand their patterns. They can name their wounds. They may even experience moments of clarity and breakthrough. Yet something does not stabilize. Leadership remains effortful. Decisions feel pressured. Intensity overwhelms or fragments. What is often missing is not awareness, but integration at the level where biology, emotion, identity, and wisdom converge.My work addresses this gap.My path into this work was not linear. After graduating from high school, I found myself choosing between Law and Psychology. For reasons I now understand differently, I chose Law. Years later, after moving through several personal crises, my original pull toward psychology resurfaced with clarity and force.What began as a deeply personal process became transformative. As I experienced firsthand the profound shifts that embodied emotional work could create, a clear calling emerged — to support others in reconnecting with themselves at the level where real change begins.I immersed myself in person-centered and Gestalt-based approaches, relational work with adults, couples, symptoms and adolescents, and experiential practices that honored the wisdom of the body. My studies expanded into Focusing, therapeutic bodywork, expressive movement, and other modalities grounded in presence, awareness, and integration.
Over time, I became a certified Inner Bonding® facilitator and a certified Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI) practitioner. These disciplines profoundly shaped my understanding of self-responsibility, emotional integration, nervous system coherence, and connection to a higher source of wisdom. I currently serve as Director of Training and Expansion for Inner Bonding Educational Technologies, Inc., where I am devoted to supporting the growth, integrity, and transmission of this work worldwide.
I hold deep gratitude for the work of DR. Margaret Paul and DR. Erika Chopich, the creators of Inner Bonding®. Margaret, in particular, has been one of the most meaningful mentors in my path. The depth and clarity of this work have profoundly shaped both my life and my work, and continue to offer a powerful path for transformation—individually and collectively.From years of integrating these foundations with my earlier humanistic and somatic training — and my lived experience — the Nodal Field methodology emerged.The Nodal Field reflects an understanding that transformation does not occur through force or mindset alone. It occurs at points of convergence within the system, where biology, identity, interpretation, and awareness intersecting organize experience. When coherence is restored at these points the system reorganizes. From this reorganization, leadership, clarity, and embodied power arise in direct response to what is needed.Coherence is not a mood, it is a harmonic order that begins inside your biology and radiates outward into your field. And I say field not for being mystical itself, it’s because you know the field. You sense the field when you enter a room after two people’s arguing and you can feel the vibration. You feel it in the presence of someone whose internal state shapes the quality of connection..Coherence is not the absence of intensity, it is the presence of integration. It is the capacity for intensity to move through you without fragmenting you. It has nothing to do with suppressing emotion. It is what allows emotion to move without taking over.
